Hello thereš„° Please read all before your following appointment: āØplease park on driveway and enter through garage door upon arrivalāØ Please show up to your appointment with completely bare nails as I do not work on top of another technicians product (unless you have scheduled a soak off) Deposits are non-refundable. Any rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to apply your deposit to a different day. Same day cancellations as well as no shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. I do not work on bleeding, cracked, or overly damaged nails. If you are unsure of the state of your nails please DM for inquiry. Late policy: If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment I am only able to do ONE solid color on your nails (French not included). If you are 10+ minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the no show fee will be charged. Please communicate if you know you are running behind. Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your service you have up to 24 hours to notify me for a refund. Refunds will only be applicable if you return for a soak off. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
